When President Muhammadu Buhari submitted the 2023 budget plans before a joint session of the National Assembly tomorrow, the Federal Executive Council (FEC) discussed them "at length" yesterday.
After the weekly council meeting, which was held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja under the chairmanship of President Buhari, Mr. Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, made this announcement in a statement to State House reporters.
